Double win for Echelon at NHMF Maintenance Conference Awards
Echelon’s Head of Commercial Jack Dolden took the title of Rising Star at the recent NHMF Maintenance Conference Awards.
Jack, who was recently promoted to Head of Commercial, joined Echelon’s commercial team in 2018, immediately after completing a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics.
He is constantly reviewing and challenging processes and technologies to develop improvements in service delivery and has a keen eye for identifying inefficiency and providing practical, implementable solutions to resolve it, through critical thinking, data mapping and interpretation.
Through developing new systems and processes Jack has had a huge impact on the business, leading to better resource management and cost savings.
He has also developed a social value matrix, which sits at the heart of Echelon’s new Social Value Builder. The credits system was developed to help organisations determine their social value requirements at the outset of the procurement process, while building in flexibility to enable the model to develop as necessary over the contract term.
Since the outset of the COVID pandemic Jack has used his analytical skills to collect a huge range of meaningful sector data which has been used in the strategic decision making not only within our business but for other organisations in the sector, via advice, guidance and reports and through our weekly COVID group calls.
As well as leading in the automation of procedures within the business, Jack has played an integral part in the development of several commercial models which are now the norm within the housing sector.
The Echelon Group also received the Delegate’s Choice Award at the ceremony which was held on 25th January in Stratford-upon-Avon.
