Echelon supports Habinteg with new model for asset management works

Echelon Consultancy has been engaged by Habinteg to support the procurement of a bespoke model, using the competitive dialogue process, for the delivery of asset management works to its homes.

Habinteg has almost 4,000 homes across England, one in three of which are designed specifically to meet the needs of wheelchair users, and the majority of which are built to an accessible or adaptable standard.

The scope of the works is likely to include:

  • Reactive repairs
  • Work to empty homes
  • Aids and adaptation works
  • Component replacements

Consideration is also being given to the benefits of including cyclical decorating within the scope of the works.

Given the nature of the works that will be delivered and the geographic spread of the homes, Habinteg is keen to engage with potential suppliers to discuss options and gain an understanding of the market’s view on the proposed contract(s).

An online market engagement session, facilitated by Echelon, will be taking place on Monday 6 November at 2pm.
