A skilled Operations Director, Mike has over 30 years’ experience in the social housing sector, leading on the operational planning, development and delivery of dozens of large-scale multi-million-pound projects, covering tens of thousands of homes and managing large multi-disciplinary teams. He has a wealth of experience developing wholly-owned subsidiaries and managing contract models including DLOs, outsourced contractor, managed service, Price Per Property and Average Order Value.

Mike supports with the mobilisation and subsequent delivery of asset management contracts and is practised in managing client-contractor relationships, to ensure successful outcomes.

He managed the mobilisation of a repairs and voids contract for Hexagon Housing Association and was embedded within the organisation for three days a week, working closely with engaged residents, who were heavily involved in the procurement process, from scoping to mobilisation. He also project managed the mobilisation of a repairs and voids contract for nearly 9,000 homes for Nottingham Community Housing Association.

Mike supported RHP in mobilising its new wholly-owned subsidiary, RHP Home, which will provide repairs and voids services to 10,000 homes. He also assisted London Borough of Croydon with demobilisation of its outgoing contractor and the transition to three new service providers which commenced in August 2023.

A former Governor of Epping Forest Further Education College, outside of work Mike is a confirmed petrol head and recently surrendered a West Ham season ticket.
