With a background in law (MLAW and LPC), Oli brings strong analytical and organisational skills to his role of Apprentice Procurement Co-ordinator at Echelon. Through his project management apprenticeship, he supports the delivery of procurement and project initiatives across a range of clients. 

Oli assists with the preparation and review of key documentation, coordination of meetings and workshops, and maintenance of accurate project records. He also supports compliance processes and contributes to the continuous improvement of project delivery tools and systems. 

Before joining Echelon, Oli worked with Durham Police’s Victim Service and Witness Care Unit, where he developed valuable communication and case management experience before choosing to pursue a career in a legal-adjacent, project-focused environment. 

Outside of work, Sunderland fan Oli enjoys cooking, quizzing, and gaming.
