TPAS
Echelon Consultancy is a committed commercial member of Tpas, the not-for-profit organisation, that has been championing tenant engagement since 1988, and providing engagement standards for residents, landlords and contractors.
Echelon is passionate about social value and community engagement, and we actively involve residents in the procurement process, from end-to-end, making sure they have the necessary knowledge and tools, and providing ongoing support to ensure they remain actively engaged throughout. We also encourage resident engagement beyond contract award
Our membership of Tpas enables us to gain strategic insight on key issues, whilst combining expert knowledge with other members of the leading tenant engagement experts, in raising housing standards for the future.
We also actively support the annual Tpas conference.
Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH)
Working in partnership with CIH, we have been involved in several working groups that they have facilitated, and our CEO Mathew Baxter contributed to the Better Social Housing Review – an initiative set up by CIH and the National Housing Federation.
CIH is also a member of our AMIP best practice and networking group, delivered by Echelon Improvement Partnerships.
