Estates Management
Echelon supports client organisations with a range of services relating to estates management and grounds maintenance, and to date we have procured over 20 contracts.
This includes cost and performance reviews of existing contracts; stakeholder consultation to establish what is or isn’t working with current arrangements and developing technical and contract documents to deliver good quality, high-value services that are bespoke to the needs of the estate and residents, as well as facilitating the procurement process to appoint new contractors.
