Most of our staff have worked in frontline and/or senior management positions within public sector housing and asset management enabling us to fulfil temporary placements for a wide range of roles on a full or part-time basis and we pride ourselves on working as part of our client’s team. We also offer a mentoring service.

Recent placements have included the provision of operational support functions at Exeter City Council, a contract manager role at East Devon District Council and support for Enfield Council’s capital works team to formulate a strategy for its planned works programme including the procurement of a range of new contracts.

Current commissions include Inquilab, RHP and Muir Housing Group.

We can cover a range of procurement and asset-management-related services, from day-to-day operational positions to senior executive roles on short, medium and long-term bases.

We have supported with specific projects, such as project management of an internal bin store in a hi-rise building, provided people to deliver change management and restructuring for teams and/or departments, and assisted in the recruitment of permanent post holders providing a robust handover and induction.

We have provided commercial and QS support services, as well as contract management support for mobilising new contracts and dealing with those that aren’t running smoothly.
