Building Connections at CIH Brighton

Echelon Group CEO Mathew Baxter joined Echelon Consultancy’s Managing Director Aaron John and Director of Partnerships & Procurement Sharon Hunt at the The Chartered Institute of Housing’s annual conference, Housing 2025, at the Doubletree by Hilton in Brighton.  

The event, which was attended by over 500 professionals from across the housing sector, explored some of the topics most pertinent to UK housing, including tenant satisfaction, engagement and customer services, professionalism, skills and recruitment, quality, safety and sustainability, government priorities, and more.  

The event also allowed the team to develop meaningful connections with other professionals and share its collective passion to drive meaningful change across the UK housing sector.  

The team left the event with new connections, up-to-date knowledge, and best practice, and is looking forward to attending next year’s event.
