Echelon Group Sponsors 2025 Tpas National Tenant Conference
Echelon Group was proud to once again be the headline sponsor of the 2025 Tpas National Tenant Conference.
The event, which took place on 9–10 July at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Coventry, brought together tenants, housing professionals, community leaders, and sector decision-makers to explore some of the most pressing issues in social housing today, under the theme of “The Culture Shift?” – Is New Regulation Creating Real Respect in Social Housing?
Four members of the Echelon team were in attendance: Group CEO, Mathew Baxter, Echelon Consultancy’s Director of Partnership and Procurement, Sharon Hunt, Echelon Improvement Partnerships Administrator Jane Wood, and Group Marketing Officer, Jack Sharman-Dodd. Throughout the two-day event, our team had the opportunity to connect with a wide range of attendees, contributing to discussions on regulatory reform, tenant involvement, and the cultural transformation underway in the housing sector.
A key highlight was the interactive workshop led by Mathew Baxter and Sharon Hunt: “Procurement – What Does the Legislation Mean and How Can Tenants Be Involved?”, which explored new procurement legislation and the role of tenants in shaping more effective, transparent processes.
The Tpas National Tenant Conference also saw the official release of the new ‘Effective Tenant Engagement: Procurement Toolkit”, co-authored by Echelon Consultancy in partnership with Tpas. The toolkit was extremely well received, with high demand from delegates keen to explore practical ways to embed the tenant voice in procurement.
Our continued partnership with Tpas reflects Echelon’s commitment to supporting tenant engagement, promoting sector collaboration, and driving positive change through innovation and shared insight and we’re delighted to announce that we will be returning as headline sponsors of the Tpas National Tenant Conference 2026.
