Market engagement for new capital works framework

Over 90 suppliers attended a market engagement event for Camden Council’s new Capital Works Framework last week.

Echelon Consultancy is supporting the local authority to procure an internal framework covering:

• General building works
• Fire safety improvement and upgrade works – General
• Fire safety works – Fire doors
• Fire safety works – Alarms
• Fire safety works – Cladding
• Fire safety works – Compartmentation
• Lift replacement and major upgrades
• Electrical systems replacement and major upgrades
• Heating and Water Management Systems Replacement
• Retrofit

The event at Swiss Cottage Library included a presentation from the Camden team, as well as a Slido poll, posing questions to the market. The responses from the poll will be fed back to help shape the final framework.
