Market engagement event for new compliance contract

Around 40 contractors attended a market engagement event for the procurement of a new compliance contract for Citizen Housing.

The contract aims to cover all elements of compliance. This includes gas servicing and breakdown, servicing of all other heating systems, EICRs, fire door inspections, validation of stock condition data and HHSRS assessments, as well as planned upgrades of electrics, smoke detections systems, gas boilers, heating systems, and mechanical extraction and ventilation systems.

The event, which was led by Echelon MD Aaron John, and supported by Project Manager Joe Taylor, included a Slido poll aimed at helping Citizen to consider critical decisions for the contract. This included procurement method, commercial model, duration and type of contract.
