Knowledgeable and experienced Director Chris, has extensive expertise in supporting businesses to deliver continuous improvement, having spent 24 years working in the public sector and 16 years in the private sector.

During his career he has delivered quality services to various Local Authorities and RSLs in both traditional and partnering forms of contract.

He has experience in all aspects of contract delivery, from pricing to mobilisation and day-to-day delivery, as well as bid writing.

Chris has provided operational support to Moat Housing, spending two days a week embedded within the organisation and working with it to develop a high-level service improvement plan for its repairs service, delivered by Morgan Sindall Property Services.

He has also reviewed the contract delivery model and performance of Bell Group’s contract with Progress Housing, provided mobilisation support to PA Housing, and worked with the London Ambulance Service to review its current repairs delivery model and propose options for future procurement structured around the specific requirements of its assets.

Outside of work Chris enjoys Sea and Carp fishing, playing snooker (very badly) and spending time with his family. A Tottenham Hotspur fan he has also become accustomed to being disappointed by his team every year!
