A building surveyor and housing professional with over 20 years’ experience in responsive and planned maintenance, in a social housing environment, Eric leads on a range of programmes, from kitchen and bathroom replacements to gas installations, and is adept at managing client-contractor relationships, to ensure that both sides deliver.

He has managed a gas servicing programme on a contract with around 13,000 properties, a busy repair contact centre for three years, and an FRA programme for a local authority. He is also trained to carry-out FRAs up to medium-sized buildings.

Practised in leading on the development of new asset management strategies, Eric’s background in surveying and extensive technical knowledge, allows him to take a hands-on approach to projects and to take the lead when on site.

Outside of work sports fan Eric is Chairman for a large sports club, as well as a qualified referee and referee’s assessor. He also enjoys gardening, running after his grandson, and cider tasting!
