Jason works within the Echelon commercial team, supporting landlords across all areas of asset management, building safety but with a particular focus on energy and sustainability. He has supported landlords securing and delivering decarbonisation measures to their housing portfolios, utilising over £200 million of various funding including SHDF, ECO, LADs & HUGs. 

He is experienced in writing and reviewing specifications, bid funding documents and implementing strategies, helping landlords with change management, business transformation strategies, deployment, including internal reviews and restructures. 

Jason, who has a background in building surveying, is also an award-winning energy, sustainability, property, and development specialist, with 34 years of experience working independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams within the housing sector. 

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Jay enjoying water sports or spending time on his boats.
