Simon is head of finance for the Echelon Group, providing the main finance function for all companies within the group. He oversees budgeting, financial planning, cashflow, management, statutory reporting and forecasting, as well as liaising with the banks and insurance brokers.

He has worked in many corporate sectors over the years including manufacturing, distribution, construction, retail and wholesale but this is his first role within the housing sector.

When he isn’t crunching numbers the Tottenham Hotspur Fan likes to take his boat out on the River Lea and is also a keen golfer.
