As a building and asset surveyor, Yogesh is vastly experienced in all aspects of building surveying, from stock condition surveys and defect analysis to remedial works to solve building problems.

His role includes developing, amending, and reviewing technical specifications, as well as writing documents, such as contract manuals. Yogesh is also involved in developing asset management strategies, facilitating tender processes, supporting clients with contractual disputes, assisting clients with any building-related matters, from surveying stock, to managing programmes of works, and working as part of a team on procurement projects.

Keen cook Yogesh’s favourite cuisine is Indian, and he has a tandoori oven in his garden, which he built himself using an old chimney pot. The Liverpool FC fan has coached his son’s football team for the last eight years and outside of work enjoys pottering in the garden and on his allotment.
