Echelon listed as finalist at Affordable Housing Awards 2023

Echelon Consultancy was shortlisted as a finalist in the “Professional Services Partner of the Year” category at the Affordable Housing Awards 2023.

It has been a busy year for Echelon, with significant projects including the procurement of a multi-lot, multi-supplier framework for the delivery of decarbonisation works in England and Wales, with Greener Futures Partnership (GFP) – comprising housing associations Abri, Anchor, Home Group, Hyde Group and Sanctuary.

We were recognised for the original models that we have developed over the years, our unique approach to market engagement, collaborative approaches and our strong track record on tenant engagement in the procurement process.  

The Apprenticeship Focus session, run by Echelon Improvement Partnerships’ networking and best practice club AMIP was also shortlisted for ‘Recruitment or Retention Campaign of the Year’.

The CPD-certified session focused on apprenticeships and succession planning and issues pertaining to recruitment and retention in the sector. It was attended by over 80 people, and AMIP members were invited to bring an apprentice, school leaver or junior member of staff. They were each gifted a £50 voucher from Travis Perkins Managed Services to support their chosen career path within the sector.

While we didn’t bring home any trophies, we were delighted to have been shortlisted in two categories at the Affordable Housing Awards among such stiff competition.

It was wonderful to hear about all of the good work and best practice that is going on within the sector and we learnt about some great projects that are really making a difference, as well as meeting up with industry colleagues old and new.
