Options Appraisals and Value for Money (VFM) reviews

We undertake detailed reviews, to assess the effectiveness of service delivery and make tailored recommendations for improvements to efficiency, service quality, value for money and end-user satisfaction. This can be as a precursor to procurement activity or to enhance existing arrangements.

Our team are experienced in business process engineering and are qualified systems thinking practitioners. We also directly employ consultants in specialist areas such as IT, data extraction and analysis and have an in-house commercial team.

To further support detailed reviews of IT we have recently launched E2EX, a collaboration with Exactly .

Examples include a review of Homes for Haringey’s direct labour organisation which led to cashable savings in the region of £2.9 million and a fall in operating costs, and a review of Trafford Housing Trust’s in-house repairs service, focusing on its policies and offer to customers.
