Partnering Adviser

In the 19+ years that Echelon has been operating in the sector we have always promoted the creation of truly collaborative relationships between clients, service providers and customers. A key role in ensuring that these relationships are truly collaborative is the provision of a Partnering Adviser.

The Partnering Adviser acts as an independent body and is responsible for ensuring that all parties are acting in the best interests of the services delivered under the contract, providing impartial advice and guidance at all times.

Another key role of the Partnering Adviser is to manage any disputes or issues as they arise.

Echelon offers this service to multiple clients across the sector and is currently acting as Partnering Adviser on over 20 contracts.
