Echelon is proud to sponsor aspiring motorbike racer, Sam Cox, who has been riding and racing motorcycles in British Motorcycling Clubs and the National series since 2003. During that time, with support from sponsors like Echelon, he has continued to improve and develop his career

In 2022 Sam was given the all-clear after treatment for testicular cancer. A large part of the team’s off-track work focuses on raising awareness and deconstructing stigma around men checking themselves, collaborating with charities such as Testicular Cancer UK and Oddballs.

Moving to Honda for the 2024 season Sam unfortunately suffered a broken back in a test run in Spain. He has been recovering well and is looking forward to jumping back on a bike as soon as possible.

The team will continue to race with a reserve ride, Tom Ward, until Sam is fit to resume riding.
