We deliver a range of training and associated activities, either on a stand-alone basis or linked to procurement activity, putting together bespoke training packages.

We cover a wide range of procurement matters, from contract management and tender support, to updates on regulations/legislation and resident procurement training. We also offer a wide range of training to the supply chain to support organisations to stay abreast of emerging regulation.

We have delivered training on tender evaluations for Stevenage Borough Council, contract management training for the Longhurst Group, and worked with Croydon Council, to develop and implement contract management training plus an associated manual, to support its teams in managing a suite of newly procured contracts.

Echelon has also invested in Skills Solutions Group, a training organisation committed to educating, training and developing individuals within the construction sector in a bid to help close the skills gap.

Founded by two long-standing and experienced construction professionals it provides practical, industry-focused training delivered by experienced professionals, delivering fully accredited qualifications.

These include an accredited training course, designed to equip maintenance and housing teams with the knowledge and practical skills needed to prevent, identify, and remediate damp, mould, and condensation issues in line with Awaab’s Law and upcoming regulations.
