Echelon facilitates service improvement workshop for Cambridge Housing Society and Fortem
Echelon Consultancy recently facilitated a collaborative service improvement workshop with Cambridge Housing Society and Fortem, to mark the first year of their repairs contract.
The workshop, which focused on partnership working, brought together representatives from both organisations, as well as tenants.
They reviewed the contract’s progress to date, considered what had worked well since mobilisation, and identified opportunities to strengthen service delivery and partnership as it moves into the next phase.
Using a series of facilitated discussions, interactive sessions and a team building exercise, attendees explored the service from the perspectives of Cambridge Housing Society, Fortem and tenants. Together, they identified strengths and weaknesses, addressed challenges, and agreed a prioritised programme of improvement.
The workshop resulted in 23 actions that will be jointly developed, covering areas including communication, processes, data, voids and customer service.
The outputs will now be taken forward through a shared action plan, providing a clear focus for continuous improvement and helping both organisations build on the progress already made.
