Joe manages the procurement process from project kick-off to mobilisation, liaising closely with the client and overseeing all key stakeholders. He facilitates project-specific workshops to establish the client’s requirements for new contracts and to ensure that all key drivers are met, as well as leading moderation sessions and producing evaluation reports.

He works with clients and contractors to ensure that all stages of the procurement process are completed, leading on the creation of all relevant documentation and supporting with client training on procurement-related matters, such as how to evaluate bids. He has worked with clients including Enfield Council, Cambridge Housing Society, bpha, Citizen Housing and One Manchester. He has also recently supported Riverside Housing with the procurement of a Total Disrepair Solutions framework, as well as supporting The Greener Futures Partnership with its decarbonisation delivery framework for Scotland, both of which are being managed and delivered by Pretium.

Outside of work you’ll probably find Joe out for a run, at the gym, watching any type of sport or walking with his two Bulgarian rescue dogs Marvin and Mali.
