Skilled in commercial and partnership management within the maintenance/repairs and facilities sector, John has over 20 years’ experience working with local authorities and registered social landlord clients.

Leading on the commercial aspects of procurement projects, from scoping, through to mobilisation, he uses his extensive experience in the commercial environment to work closely with clients and gain an understanding of their commercial processes.

He can also provide advice and guidance on the commercial elements of contracts, developing cost models, specifications and KPIs, as well as technical and pricing documents.

John has five daughters, so they keep him busy outside of work, and when he’s not doing ‘dad cabs’, he enjoys spending time with them and walking the family’s Labrador.
