Market engagement events for new retrofit programme

Echelon is holding the first of three market engagement events for a retrofit programme opportunity for the South West next week.

Echelon Consultancy is supporting LiveWest, which owns and manages over 40,000 properties in the South West from Gloucestershire to the Isles of Scilly, with the procurement of a long-term partnering contract for energy efficient retrofit.

The appointed supplier(s) will help deliver the organisation’s energy efficiency programme to bring over 5,000 homes from EPC D or below to EPC C or above by 2028.

To provide more information to potential suppliers, we are holding three in-person market engagement events:

• 31 October – The Alverton Great Hall, Truro
• 1 November – Exeter City Football Club, Exeter
• 2 November – LiveWest Weston Office, Weston Gateway

All events will run from 10am to 12pm.

There will be presentations from the LiveWest team, and Echelon will be conducting market ‘polling’ to establish and understand your opinions and views on the best options for LiveWest. There will also be an opportunity to speak to the team in attendance on the day for further information on the retrofit programme.
