Echelon Group CEO Shortlisted in Housing Heroes Awards

Echelon Group CEO Mathew Baxter has been shortlisted for Independent Inspirational Leader of the Year at the 2025 Housing Heroes Awards. 

Mathew is more than just a CEO figurehead. He takes a ‘hands-on’ role within all the businesses across the Echelon Group – Echelon Consultancy, Pretium Frameworks, Echelon Improvement Partnerships, and Quantum Training.  

His passion for the sector has led to not just some of the organisation’s biggest successes, but also to the introduction of impactful sector-wide initiatives and resources, such as the unique, short-term training programmes delivered through EIP, and the innovative procurement models developed at Echelon Consultancy.

His nomination for this award is a true testament to his dedication and vision, and the team are looking forward to attending the Housing Heroes Awards ceremony on 23 June in Manchester.
