Team reflect on successes and set sights on future at Echelon Group AGM

The Echelon Group gathered for the company AGM yesterday and what a day it was.

The Echelon Consultancy, Echelon Improvement Partnerships (EIP) and Pretium Frameworks Ltd teams were joined by representatives of Echelon partner companies Skills Solutions Group and E2EX to reflect on the last 12 months and to look ahead to the next financial year and beyond.

It was a chance to reflect on the team’s hard work and the continued success and growth of all companies within the Echelon Group.

But there was a future focus too, with the board outlining what the future landscape looks like, and introducing Project30, a four-year plan for the Group.

There are plans for further expansion of the businesses, in terms of both services offered and the team, as well as growth of partnerships, further developing existing relationships and even collaborating with like-minded organisations.

The day was rounded off with some teambuilding, in the form of some very competitive laser clay pigeon shooting.

The winning team, Team 1, comprised of Helen Francis, Charlotte Barber, Katie Mcvea, Yogesh Makwana, Sharon Hunt, Jonathan Nachman, Samuel Siltanen-Tinsley and Joanne DeSousa.

There was also a shootout between the highest scorers for each team; Sharon Hunt for Team 1, Dominic Baxter for Team 2, Tom Millican for Team 3, and Richard Libby for Team 4.

Pretium’s Tom Millican took the overall title and associated bragging rights.
