Echelon Consultancy Celebrates 20th Anniversary

2025 is a special year as Echelon Consultancy celebrates 20 years of business. From a team of one to 30, we’re exploring the highs, lows and everything in between, as we examine 20 years of growth.  

In a personal interview with Echelon Consultancy’s CEO Mathew Baxter, we discussed some of the most memorable moments over the past 20 years, how the housing sector has changed, and what makes Echelon stand out from the rest.  

From our very first client to the incredible partnerships we’ve built over two decades, our success has always been grounded in trust and collaboration. 

We’ve had the opportunity to work with brilliant people –  team members, clients, and partners who have shaped who we are and inspired our evolution every step of the way. 

We’ve grown, not just in size, but in strength – adapting, learning, and pushing ourselves through challenges and change. Each chapter of our story has added to a foundation we’re proud of.
