Echelon Consultancy connects with sector at Housing 2026

Members of the Echelon Consultancy team attended Housing 2026 at Manchester Central, joining thousands of housing professionals from across the UK for three days of discussion, networking and collaboration.

Bringing together housing associations, local authorities, contractors, consultants and suppliers, the event provided an opportunity to explore the key issues shaping the future of the sector, with a programme covering topics including procurement, building safety, resident engagement, decarbonisation, asset management, skills, artificial intelligence and the delivery of new homes.

Representing Echelon Consultancy at the event were CEO Mathew Baxter, MD Aaron John, Director of Partnerships and Procurement Sharon Hunt, Business Development Manager Richard Mardle and Group Development Trainee Dominic Baxter.

They spent the event meeting with clients, partners and industry colleagues, discussing the challenges and opportunities facing the sector and sharing insights into Echelon’s consultancy services.

The event also provided an opportunity to showcase the wider capabilities of the Echelon Group, including Echelon Improvement Partnerships, Echelon People and E2Ex, together with our strategic partnerships with Skills Solutions Group.

Colleagues from Pretium Frameworks were also in attendance, meeting with housing providers and supply chain partners to discuss how Pretium’s portfolio of compliant procurement frameworks can support the delivery of repairs, asset management, decarbonisation, compliance and professional services.

With sessions focusing on everything from consumer regulation and procurement leadership to resident engagement, workforce development and the Warm Homes agenda, Housing 2026 reinforced the importance of collaboration in delivering better outcomes for residents and communities.
