Resident-focused workshop for Dacorum and Cardo partnership

Echelon facilitated a highly successful resident-focused workshop on 3 June, as part of its support for the mobilisation of Dacorum Borough Council and Cardo Group’s new 10-year repairs and maintenance contract.

The workshop focused on the resident’s voice influencing outcomes, with sessions covering tenant satisfaction, transformation, communication and assurance reporting.

Attendees including Councillor Simy Dyhani, Deputy Leader and Portfolio Holder for Housing and Property Services at Dacorum Borough Council, James Dougall, Operations Director at Cardo (South & Central), Echelon Group CEO Mathew Baxter and Echelon Associate Mike Gammack.

Echelon will continue to support both organisations in the role of commercial and partnering adviser, once the contract goes live in July 2026, helping to drive collaboration, continuous improvement and positive outcomes for residents throughout the life of the contract.
